The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has
announced one of the best scholarship programs for students who belong to
Former (Old) FATA and Balochistan. This is the best opportunity for the
students of mentioned areas who want to continue their studies after doing
intermediate.
These scholarships are being offered to all
those students who have passed their intermediate exams in the academic year of
2022-2023. The opportunity is available in all areas of study or disciplines.
This scholarship project is from HEC Pakistan and is entitled “Provision of
Higher Education Opportunities for the Students of Balochistan & Former
FATA (Phase-III)”, Batch-I.
Applicants are invited from the prominent
students of above mention areas who want to continue their undergraduate
studies. They will continue their education in only the HEC-recognized public
or private sector universities or Degree Awarding Institutions of Pakistan.

Who is Eligible for the Scholarships Program?
01. Education
(12 Years of
Education)
FA, F. Sc,
ICS, I.COM, DAE, or Equivalent
Marks: 60%
at least marks
02. Age
Limit: 20 Years on
the closing date
03. Domicile
Valid Domicile or Local certificate of
Balochistan & Former (Old) FATA,
Should be signed by the district administration.
04. Those applicants who are already
getting advantage of any other HEC or Government scholarship are not eligible
for this scholarship.
05. Applicants must have got the
requisite educational qualification.
06. Those students who are waiting for their
results are not eligible for this scholarship.

Important Points
01. HEC will conduct an Aptitude Test for
applicants.
02. Applicants will be shortlisted based on this
test and academic certification.
03. Scholarships will be given on District Quota
and Merit basis.
04. Applicants must need to get 50% marks on
the test.
05. Scholarship and reserve seats distribution
ratio will be 50:50 for the applicants of Balochistan & Former FATA.
06. Arrangements on reserved seats will be on open
merit.
07. Those applicants who have already enrolled in
Medical or Dental colleges and Engineering Programs will be considered for only
the offer of scholarship but not against the reserved seats.

10. All the applicants are advised to check their
emails after applying for any updates and they should also check the HEC

How to Apply
01. Applicant can apply online through the provided
website of the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

02. At this stage, any other document or hard
copies of applications will not be needed.
03. Applicants should know that as an application
process fee, they must Deposit, Bank Challan, Bank Draft, or Pay Order.
04. The amount of application Process Fee is Rs.
500/- rupees and this fee will not be refundable.
05. They should deposit this fee in Habib Bank

06. The original Bank Payment Slip must be uploaded
with the online application form.
07. The applicants are advised to keep saving this
